Who we are
Trackhound is a Canadian compliance-assessment company. This notice covers the early-access form on this website, trackhound.ca.
What we collect
We collect information only through the early-access form on this website. When you complete it, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, the markets you sell into, the date and time of your request and, if you choose to write one, a short note about what worries you most. If you tick the optional box to receive launch updates, we also record that choice, the wording you agreed to, and the date and time you made it.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to contact you about Trackhound early access. If you opted in, we also use your email to send launch updates. We reply to your request whether or not you opt in.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. This site does not set cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Where your information is kept
This site and its early-access form are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., a United States company that acts as our hosting and database provider. Your form responses are stored in a Cloudflare database. We have asked Cloudflare to keep that database in North America, but Cloudflare does not let us limit storage to Canada or to Quebec, so your information may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries, where courts and authorities may be able to access it under local laws. Cloudflare may also process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We do not store your IP address with your form responses.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until we have finished our launch follow-up, or for up to 24 months, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to launch updates at any time. To make a request, email scott@trackhound.ca. We respond within 30 days.
